INTRODUCTION ============ These release notes describe new features added and bugs fixed since the firmware V1.0.13 release ENHANCEMENTS ============ * None BUG FIXES ========= - Bug related with stop bits of serial port is fixed. - Garbage packets generation problem is fixed. - Halting problem is fixed when Pro Series/IALink100 receive large ICMP packets. - Bug related with DHCP client hostname options is fixed. - Port halting problem in case of packet loss is fixed. KNOWN BUGS ========== * Even/Odd parity does not work when 2 stop bit option is enabled. * In case of using some IALink modbus as 1 master and some slaves, the remaining ialink modbus units start to communicate slowly when any one or more of the slaves loose power. REVISION HISTORY ================ 1.0.13 April 15, 2003 + HelloDevice Manager protocol V.2 implemented. Users can probe and configure the IALink100-Modbus on the same subnet with the HelloDevice Manager even when the IP address of the IALink100-Modbus is not configured. + More firmware upgrade failure messages added to display failure reasons + IP settings are preserved after firmware upgrade (firwmare V.1.0.13 or later) + DTR/RTS signals are always set to HIGH though the IALink100-Modubs doesn't take care of flow control - Firmware version display changing bug fixed when HelloDevice manager downloads saved configuration file. - Old reply bug fixed.
