INTRODUCTION

These release notes describe new features added and bugs fixed since the firmware V1.0.3 release.


ENHANCEMENTS

+ Added the support for Server Tech Power Unit(Serial and Ethernet)
+ Added Basic configuration and Enhanced automatic configuration
+ Added Port Group and command to a port group (command to multiple ports)
+ Added Automatic login option for regular remote port
+ Added option for configurable JTA windows size
+ Added option for local SSH client instead of using JTA
+ Upgraded OpenSSH version to 4.5p1
+ Upgraded net-snmpd version to 5.4
+ Increased # of freeKVM connection(up to 8)
+ Added iLO/DRAC/SMASH-CLP support
+ Added USB wireless device support.
+ Added support for uploading certificate via Web UI
+ Added support NTP configuration through the DHCP server
+ Added xmodem support(Perl module) for firmware upgrade through serial port
+ Added LDAPs (Start TLS) support
+ Added Day options in Daylight Saving Time configuration
+ Added user name on system logs
+ Added User list synchronization in Clustering
+ Added SNMP OIDs for power outlet control
+ Added configurable option for login and a callback number change in Dial-in modem mode

BUG FIXES

- Fixed the problem with running rc.user script in creating start script
- Fixed the problem in changing passwd in SSH Port Access Menu
- Fixed the problem with displaying CLI user on the send-msg list in Port Escape Menu
- Fixed the SNMPD engine ID problem. (Generating a unique Engine ID based on the MAC address)
- Fixed the problem in preloading JAVA Applet.(JAVA Applet will be preloaded after login)
- Fixed the problem in getting correct processorUtilization value through SNMP
- Fixed some bugs in v1.0.3
