There are six main menu headings for the HelloDevice IDE 2.1 : File, Edit, Deploy, View, Setup and Help.
New : Starts a new HelloDevice IDE design panel.
Open : Loads a design panel (HelloDevice IDE file, *.ide) which was stored by "save" or "save as" command.
Save : Saves the currently editing design panel as a file(*.ide) to be restored later by "open" command.
Save As : Saves the currently editing design panel as a different name.
Print : Prints the screen shot of design panel.
Close : Closes the currently editing design panel.
Quit : Exits this application.
Select All : Selects all components in the currently editing page.
Cut : Removes the selected components. The removed components can be pasted later.
Copy : Makes a copy of the selected components to paste them later.
Paste : Pastes the copied or cut components to the currently editing page.
Delete : Removes the selected component. The removed components can not be pasted.
Insert : Inserts a new page after the currently editing page.
Delete Page : Deletes the currently editing page.
Make Applet : Makes an applet and HTML page that are ready to be loaded into a HelloDevice web server.
Make Application : Makes an application and launching batch file.
Grid On/Off : Shows or hides grid in design panel.
Grid Property : Shows grid property configuration dialog.
Snap On/Off : Turns on or off snap function.
Serial Protocol : Shows serial protocol configuration dialog where user can define and examine custom serial protocols
Help Topic : Help topic index frame will pop up.
